Extremely understaffed. On July 28, only one self-check was open, no cashiers with a line out the door. Manager apologized and said there was a mix-up in staffing. I am on a cane or use walker and I was in a lot of pain. The electric carts are not an option because I had one quit in the middle of the store. He assured me curbside had improved and they are better at filling your orders. Decided to give them another try. Placed an order to be picked up Aug 6 at 11am only to be sent a message that my order was cancelled. Eventually reached a live person at customer service that admitted my order was cancelled due to insufficient staffing. I have been a loyal Kroger customer for over 55 years but no more.

I am giving the single star for the fuel station. For more than a YEAR, the receipt printers have failed to work properly, after you make a fuel purchase there. I and others ahve complained to Kroger corporate and receive "empty" responses that they will "address the issue." Bad enough you have to waste time waiting at the service "window" to get your receipt, but the other day, NO ONE WAS IN THE BOOTH, so I could not get a receipt. I could only take a photo of the fuel pump display and in case there is a problem, the photo certainly wouldn't "stand up in court." C"mon Kroger, STOP BEING CHEAP and replace the feul pump printers so we can get a receipt after our purchase!

This has become my new Kroger ever since I moved to the DFW area, and I come here for my occasional groceries and medication, and it is overall a pretty decent Kroger. It has everything it needs while being conveniently located -- the only thing i will say is that the self check-out kiosks are pretty limited so there is always a long line when I am at this Kroger. Any time I was at a Kroger back in ATL, I would never have to wait to check out, so this is something new but I am learning to adapt to it. Pharmacy folks are super friendly and they're quick. I am overall impressed with the Kroger and am super excited to get my grocery runs here!

Please be warned, a few weeks ago I purchased a 2 pack of ribeye steaks from here, now I've been seriously ill ever since. I've had many bouts of food poisoning throughout my life, but I've never had one lasting for weeks, and I hope I can just survive bc it has only gotten worse. Eat Kroger's meat at your own risk, god only knows what these things were contaminated with

This is really just on the gas station part of Kroger. The older man that works in the booth is rude, obnoxious, cranky old man, that needs to find another job that doesn't have to deal with the public. Maybe envelope stuffing from home. "If they offer that job anymore" I went to get fuel the other day and I wanted just a small amount of gas for my gas can, so I opened the container at the window and put my $4 in there and said I need $4 on pump 3 then I walked away. The employee started yelling at me because I didn't put the money in the tray, so I turned around and walked back asking him what his problem was? The employee stated again to put the money in the tray, I lifted the opening again and did not see a tray so I said what tray are you talking about, he kept saying the tray the tray. I'm like what tray then he looked in the slot and didn't see a tray and walked away, I stood there and was like excuse me just turn the damn pump on, he came back and threw the tray in the slot and the money went flying out the door if the s

Halley and the guy bagging for her were visibly peeved off when we pulled up with our cart. They rang me up for 3 items and never bagged them/put them in my cart. When I called back up there to ask if my receipt would allow me to get the items at a later date, whoever answered was incredibly short and rude with me. Ghetto, just go to target.

Just had a horrible experience here. We were looking to get a cake for my mom’s birthday from this Kroger, my dad is in the ICU and it’s her first birthday in a long time without him. The cakes from Kroger have been hit or miss so I asked the ladies behind the counter for a sample of their white cake. Rather than say, “We don’t give samples,” they proceeded to laugh and say to each other “Haha she wants a sample!” Embarrassing me in front of the whole store for a simple request. I will not be coming back to this Kroger. Your staff is incredibly rude and needs trained. Unacceptable.

You have to start putting your cooking times on the Rotisserie Chickens--this is unacceptable that it is not labeled, especially when you even have a space on every chicken to be labeled. Food that hasnt been handled properly can make people sick, as well as noooobody has time or money to spend almost $10 on a chicken for dinner that is old and has been sitting there for HOURS ON END. This is laziness. Pure laziness, and there is zero excuse for it. All it takes is a Sharpie and a few extra minutes to label the time on your chicken. I trusted the woman behind the counter when she said she just put them out, and now I cannot eat it as it is rock hard dry. Getting my money back is beside the point--yall have to do better. You are screwing over your customers with just pure laziness.

Went to kroger with my four year old and the older gentleman that was watching the self check out was extremely rude and unprofessional. He at first told me that I didn't scan all my items and I told him that I had and he said that the pizza rolls that purchased I didn't scan. I scrolled up to the top and showed him that I had. He told me that I needed to rescan them. Made me very upset. And to make matters worse my daughter was sitting in the cart part he told me that I couldn't have her in there and that I needed to put her in the part where you strap her in. Called and complained to a manager about it and the manager told me that she has to be strapped in. And that if something happens to her, or if she falls out it neglect on my part and that if something happens to her they will call the cops and call child protective services. Maybe you should fix your carts to where they can sit and be strapped in. Half of the carts don't have the blue seats where we are supposed to strap them in. And what gives them them right to say I'm neglecting my child.

Just left Kroger and seeing 6 to 8 people now wearing masks. Sign asked everyone to wear a mask but no staff enforces it. Since Covid-19 Kroger NEVER cleans their baskets. Most Un- sanitized market. Sprouts, Traders Joes and Central Market do. They also make sure people wear masks. Sad for Kroger!!!
