The man took great care of us ( my hubby and me) ice cream was creamy and delicious ? ? . Definetly one of the greatest ice cream I have tasted. Prices were reasonable too.

I love this Marble Slab location (SW Arlington). I’ve been going there for years. I prefer Marble Slab ice cream over the pre-packaged brands in the grocery store. Love Chocolate Swiss ice cream with almonds and walnuts mixed in!

Not sure what the guy meant by saying this not Braums after asking him did he use my reward coupon. I have read others reviews about the customer service just now. Had I read reviews before I went I would not had went to this location. So attitude and customer service needs to be better at this location.

I complained about this a few times before. Think I'll stop coming to this one. Not only does it stink, it makes me concerned about the cleanliness of this place. I wasn't looking when I went in but that makes me wonder what their health code score is. I wonder if they have it posted in there somewhere or maybe I could look it up online. Theres an odd sour odor when you walk in. Wish something could be done about that because it's quite offensive to me but otherwise ice cream great as usual. Got my usual sweet cream graham crackers marshmallows and chocolate chips. UPDATE I looked up their score for any that are curious. 89/100 and last inspected April 2023

I wish I could say that I enjoyed the customer service at this location as much as I enjoy Marble Slab Ice Cream. I'm an avid Marble Slab consumer, however, this was my first time at this particular location.I asked for a small ice cream and was constantly asked to purchase the regular because I asked for 2 flavors. I've never had this issue at other locations. I then I asked for some pecans to be sprinkled on the top and they refused to do that. The attitude and poor customer service was very frustrating.Although I understand that each location has different owners, rules, etc., however, that does not excuse poor customer service.This ice cream is a premium cost, but this location does not provide the quality customer service that customers should receive. It's ice cream no one should be unhappy.

My mom and I go here at least twice a month, and every time the service is excellent. They are always so nice and make sure our ice cream is packed with a lot of mix-ins. They remember our orders too since we go in so often. We wanted to get the ice cream cupcakes for my twin nieces' birthday, but one of the workers told us they no longer offer those. The owner said she would special make some just for us. Hands down the best ice cream shop in regards to both service and quality/taste.
