Normally, you get 5 all the way. But not giving me my food is a big no-no. So they were short on beef broccoli, so they decided to clean the pot with my order and not give me any beef but plenty of broccoli.

We recently moved and this is the closest location to us now. Initially, we loved the food here. Hot and prepared well. Soon learned they don't like to cook after 8pm. At least 3 separate times in the last 4 to 6 weeks myself or one of my family has gone between 8pm and 9pm for dinner. Only to be told they do not have much food left and are not cooking anymore. Makes zero sense when they are open until 1030pm or 11. Clearly, from other reviews we are not alone. Not only that, the attitudes of people at the window or inside are absolute shat. They laugh about it. Super rude. Something needs to change.

We entered the store at 8:40 pm and was told that what food was left was all they had to offer. Although, the door said they close at 11pm. Employees didn't not want to make food to serve their customers. Very poor customer service at this location. Definitely will not be returning.

I don't know what everyone else is talking about I lovelovelove this location always. Hits the spot every time, mostly clean when I go in (its fast food don't expect it to be restaurant clean), and they haven't messed up my order ever. Maybe I'm low maintenance or others are just Karens but I actually love this location over any other I've been to in the past year.

i live close so i usually would go but every time i’ve gone they make my order wrong. The customer service is awful, girls with attitudes & mean mugging you the whole time. my last time going they charged me for something completely opposite of what i got & didn’t get my order right at all! the rice is always hard & they do everything with an attitude here. i stopped going, hopefully they can put people that ACTUALLY have customer skills to be at the window & take the orders!
