This is not what I expected. I'm very disappointed. I've been getting pizza from this Pizza Hut for a very long time. I've never received anything that looks like this. I've cooked pizza for 8 years and never done this to anyone. They just put everything in the middle.

I truly see why this location has the low rating that it does. I've not ate Pizza Hut in awhile, and the only reason I did tonight was because my children wanted to try the new hot honey pizza. That said it was my son's birthday he wanted the big new Yorker it's his favorite, when I ordered this time as I've ordered many other times I didn't think nothing of it, the pizza gets here and it has no pepperoni so I call the location and you could tell the female who answered could care less, after explaining to her she says that the big new Yorker can be cheese only and that, that is what I ordered, I explained the situation and told her repeatedly that I didn't know that it came in cheese only or I would've double checked she said I'll ask but I'm pretty sure we can't make another one without you paying more. I was barely on hold 5 seconds before she said yea so we can't redo it unless you pay for another one, smh it's so sad that this world is so field with heartless greedy people. Either or lessoned learned we will no longer be ordering from a location that doesn't care about there customers.

Worst experience ever I was ordering in a polite way through phone and the lady (which I think she is african American)was extremely rude and she hang up on me she pretended she couldn’t understand What I was saying when I specifically was telling her what topings I wanted what type of customer service is this horrible horrible horrible!!!!??

Did not receive our order. Still was charged after calling & being told we would receive our delivery soon. Never showed. Called back after about an hour & was pretty much told too bad!!! Took our money and no delivery. Last time I called the employee was completely rude & was talking about receiving a free pizza. I have never received a free pizza or requested one ever & have had an acct with them for years. Plus, we ordered the triple box. It is just my Fiance, me, and my baby. What would we even do with another triple box?

Took 2 hrs to get my food! I ended up going to pick it up myself AFTER I called multiple times to check on the delivery and was told "it's on the way" - in actuality, it had NEVER even left the store ?. On my third call, I was placed on hold for a good 40mins and then hung up on. When I got to the store (because I called right back after I was hung up on), the same girl answered and when I said "I'm in front you, I'll just pick it up", she had the audacity to ask me "why are you on the phone if are in the store?" The manager was just as useless- yes I said useless. He could have listened, apologized for whatever foolishness they had going on and given me my order - like I had said. Whomever prepared my order, you did good. One of the best pizzas I've ordered from pizza hut. They need to keep the kids in the back who cooked and replace everyone else - Manager included. Ohh.. and they still charged me for delivery! I need my money back!

I ordered delivery and the man delivered the wrong order. He didn’t ring the doorbell or knock on the door he left my pizza on the ground. If he would’ve rung the doorbell I could’ve told him that the order wasn’t mine. I had to drive up to Pizza Hut for a refund. I’m not ordering there again.
