I worked at Popeyes a while back, and service has surely deteriorated quite a lot. I remember they used to instruct us to greet every single customer, customer is always right kind of thing. We ordered a family meal and asked if the chicken could be mostly dark and they straight out said no, for what I know dark meat tends to be more substantial than white meat but any way we did not made a big deal. My favorite chicken is that Louisiana seasoned and Popeyes on Collins cooks it right. It’s crispy and done. Not dry and over cooked or undercooked. It’s always cooked perfect. Staff is nice. The atmosphere has that southern jazz feels and it’s clean. I give it 5 stars.Great job even during rush hour.Thanks

Last night, my love and I dined in. We had coupons, but didn’t realize one thing; I got a 2 piece, but it was rung up as wing and breast (per the cashier, that’s what the coupon said), and I loathe chicken breasts, so I requested a leg in place of the breast. The leg was so small! I had never seen such a small piece of chicken, especially compared to a wing. That was disappointing.Always read the fine print on your coupon.
