VISITED TUESDAY, APRIL 2, 2024 PRE-BREAKFAST:My husband and daughter made a quick donut run to this Shipley Do-Nut to try it out. This was before I knew there was one in MD!They were they at around 7 AM. Service was quick and efficient.They got traditional powdered and cinnamon & sugar. And a chocolate glazed with walnuts for me.We were all pleasantly pleased at how wonderful they tasted. No greasy feeling in your mouth from fried do-nuts. I'm happy to learn there is one in MD. I look forward to checking out that one!

At 9:26am on 3/29/2024, I drove in the drive-thru and purchased two glaze donuts and two chocolate donuts, and they were very small, tasted stale,, and were dry. I immediately tried to return the donuts to get a refund; however, the lady in charge stated they could not give refunds until the manager got there at 1:00pm. I will be contacting the manager asap to get my refund. I’ll never go back to this Shipley’s at 2140 E. Pioneer Pkwy in Arlington, TX. I bought donuts from this same location last year and the donuts tasted horrible then.

Came to Shipley donuts this morning and the lady had a attitude it's like you work so hard for your money you still can't get what you want cuz they want to give you what what they want to give you.. I asked her one my donuts so she going to tell me that they are warming.. we going back and forth with this with the situation over some donuts.. the service was horrible.. whoever that lady they have running they drive through she have a bad attitude and I'm just now leaving there10.55 an

They always have the best donuts. This day was surprisingly not very good. They was no flake ( the soft sugar crunch) what they are famous for. Maybe just an off day. I will give them another try.

Theres a reason this place has so many negative reviews. When I came, they were in the back talking and let me know my order would be late. The staff have no respect.

I always go thru drive-thru, staff is always friendly. I usually order a dozen mixed and 2 milks costing around $16.50, give them a $20 and tell them thank you, have a good day and drive off.
I saw a Too Good to Go order an decided to give them a try. I usually drive by this location but never stop. I thought if the order was good I could go here more often. I called at 3:03pm and asked if still opened to pick up my order they said they were closed. They guy who picked up the called seems annoyed and had an attitude so I didnt to insist. Not ever stopping here that’s for sure.
