The worse managed sonic anywhere..app never works they are always down not taking orders......coffee is always lukewarm at 730am who I don't know... even if app does work and order ahead it's never ready.....worse sonic ever....

Waited over 30 mins for 4 ice cream orders. Saw well over 20 cars go through the drive through. They clearly priority the drive thru verses pull up. I definetly won't be back to this location. This is extremely unexceptable. Finally got mine and it's melted.

The app really messed up and didn't send my order through after charging me. This restaurant didnso many things to try to find my order and get me taken care of. The waitress wrote doen my order and I'm assuming a shift lead attempted to have me speak to corporate but I was ready to leave at that point. The manager ended up showing up right before I left, heard the story, saw my proof of purchase and location, and had my order out in 5 minutes. 0 stars for the app, 5 stars for the problem.solvinf and solution

This locations blasts are so disappointing. They sprinkle the tiniest amount of Oreos on top don't mix anything in and don't give any whip cream when asking for whip cream. :(

When I order a blast they put like one piece of candy. If I pay like .70 extra they give me two pieces of candy. This is EVERY time. I literally add my own candy from home. No more, from now onwards on I will only buy drinks at Sonic…maybe.See the picture included. This is their definition of “chocolate .”

Have the opening hours changed from 6am? All the lights were on, and the store APPEARED to be open. I waited around a minute or so at the speaker, and nobody ever spoke, so I left.

I usually don’t have any problems with sonic but I had a mobile order and a girl named Caylee that brought out our drinks HAD to make a comment on my car saying something along the lines of “girl… if you got pulled over..” I’m just gonna stop it there but that comment was unnecessary and disrespectful to me.
