They are VERY busy but still get the drinks out quickly. My pink drink was perfect! Just a warning to those who don’t want to learn the hard way like I did: this is the starbucks near the ice rink. Not the one in Barnes and Noble (they don’t call themselves Starbucks, they said they are the Barnes and Noble coffee shop). I ordered online and went to the wrong location.
This location is INSIDE the mall. Why does Google never tell me that a Starbucks is an ACTUAL location or INSIDE somewhere. But they got my drink wrong 2x I asked for no ice extra espresso first it had no espresso 2nd one had ice but 3rd time is the charm I guess.

This place has a table with just napkins and trash holes but doesn't offer a coffee bar where you can add sugar or sweetener to your drinks. Doesn't even offer stir sticks either, management really needs to fix this. The way it is set up is very unprofessional.
