Ordered online, had to wait in store another at least 30 minutes for order to get fixed. Couldn't get what I ordered on one of the sandwiches had to substitute. Had to wait at least 8 minutes for the bread to be ready, Flatbread was frozen and had to be thawed. Could not have steak, it had just come off the truck and was frozen. Completely dissatisfied. It's a little subway so I can see why some people are giving bad reviews but I had a great experience! Very friendly staff and from what I saw very attentive to pick up orders. I don't get why their reviews are so low, it was nice.

The food was good the atmosphere on the outside was a little scary a lot of stragglers hanging around and the sandwich artist was not customer service friendly at all. I asked for a water cup and he didn't give me one.
