Disgusting, went there today, me and my friend are not feeling good, the server 'Lucky J' didn't even take our order until 20 minutes we went in, gave me the wrong milkshake, Garlic Parmesan 10 piece wings takes 2 hours to cook?! The only thing 'Good' about it was the CHOCOLATE SHAKE I gotten with DOLLAR STORE SPRINKLES. I ordered a $7 NEW milkshake, didn't get the one I ordered. Wow. Do better.

Ordered about $50 worth of wings online, they only seasoned TWO wings and left the rest plain. So I tried to give another chance and call in a to go order. The employee told me since my order is “over $40 I have to pay over the phone by reading my card number aloud” when I said I wasn’t comfortable with this, can I just pay when I get to the store? they said “yes you can but your order will not be made until you pay”Very sketchy. I’ve worked in restaurants for years and have never heard of such thing. The poor employee over the phone was very polite, the manager on duty was the reason for this. So I ended up ordering somewhere else because this interaction made me not even want to give them business.

I spent a little time looking at the menu and slightly mentioned that it was my first time eating here. Micah was very friendly and willingly provided an overview of the menu for me, answered my questions, and offered me the option to try the flavors. 4 stars because I was hoping the chicken would've been crispier, as I requested it be cooked 'well done'. More seasoning on the fries would've been nice too. I will visit again.

The Oreo shake was relatively better than the vanilla shake. Recommend ordering before going to the restaurant. Wait times are usually longer for 10-20 mins. Chicken with Jamaican jerk is better.

I was on short out of town trip from Georgia this past weekend and I came in on 11-04-2023. When I arrived there was only two guys working and they looked to have been cooks. But customers started to pile up and the guys there kept their composure even the one that took my orders and the customers after me. He was greeting them and letting them know the situation at hand.

Got recommended by a friend to try this place, i wont lie it was pretty good.The pricing was pretty fair, i got the large buffalo fries which came out on a large platter and is enough for two people for $13.Im not a big fan of the koki sauce, its a lil too sour but has the tastes of gochujang so maybe its just not for me.The peach cobbler shake was awesome, I just wish they had bigger straws.The workers were fast, attentive, and really cool. The restaurant is well decorated and kept as well.Place deserves way more love imo.

Was our favorite spot but sense the shut down just not the same.The staff clearly hate there jobs and it shows.Waited little long for the box but in pat it was well worth it....The soda machine didn't work and sold us drinks when I told her she said she already knew and told manger .I asked why did you sell us cups then she smiled and walked off.I was going to asked for refund but she walked off so I couldn't . Apparently they no longer use sauces eather because we got dry Fry's with very little chicken crumbles no sauce just the few crumbs that had been setting all day dry as a bone...Lesson learned should have known better sense the place was empty at 6:30 on a Wednesday night ...so disappointed there definitely going to be out of business soon doing customs like this...no worries lesson learned won't make this mistake again should have threw a fit got my money and went elsewhere but lesson learned I usually support smaller business but this one clearly cares less if has success or not...Not even angry just hate for anyone else to waste there money $46 for a bunch of dry Fry's and a cup is a little crazy...

This place was great. Let me start off by saying the young man who was behind the counter was extremely polite and courteous. He answered all my questions and made great suggestions. The restaurant was clean and very neat. Restrooms were very clean as well. Food was great. I had the strips with the new Kogi sauce (which I highly recommend). They were great! Also had the buffalo chicken fries with extra chicken and it was fire!!!! Highly recommend this spot!

Just like Wing stop but worse. Stood in lobby almost 5 minutes with no one else there but the employees and not one of them said "hello" or "welcome" or "be with you shortly". Horrible customer service. Ordered at kiosk. Spent almost $50 for the family meal. 2 people got their orders before mine which caused me to finally ask after 28 minutes of ordering. Chicken was hard. Very little flavor or sauce on the chicken. Fries were good. Unfortunate.
