We went for our 5th anniversary date. The service started out good, but between the main course and the dessert, our server disappeared for over 30 minutes after we had finished our food. Our plates were cleared by someone else, and we just sat there wondering what happened to our server. She eventually showed up with dessert like nothing had happened. Then, at the end, I asked for our picture to be taken, as it was part of the package we had bought. The server looked confused and told me we did not get a picture and wouldn’t take one. I didn’t argue with her but knew she was wrong. I asked the hostess as we were leaving and she said that we were supposed to get a picture. So she took one of us by the host stand which was disappointing, I wanted a picture of us at the table. They also told us we’d have to come back for a frame as they didn’t have any, but we live 45 minutes away so I’ll never get that. The food and management were great, but we were a bit disappointed with our visit.

This is a GREAT place for a cozy, intimate date with your significant other. It's definitely on the pricier side so it's not for a normal dinner but the booths are built so well that you have all the privacy in the world and can have those little conversations with each other about whatever and just enjoy each other company putting the phones down. Drinks are yummy, I personally recommend the Revolver Martini if you like bourbon.

Our server seemed very odd, distant, and disinterested in us. It was our first time, and likely our last time after that experience. She was rude, or at least seemed rude—in all fairness maybe that was just her personality and not in any way personal. Who knows. The food took forever to come out and the restaurant was empty. It was dragging on and on and on. She was attempting to force us to get things we didn't want-and we firmly stated no thank you. It was a bizarre experience that we never want to endure again. She also commented that it was vampire season so she'd add in extra garlic. We could not relate to the joke and didn't want to. Thumbs down.

Very good food and service. First, you dip fruit and bread into a cheese pot of your choice of cheese. The second course is the salad of your choice. Third is your main entree, which I got land and sea. For the main entree, you boil raw shrimp,steak, and salmon in a boiling pot. Fourth is dessert of your choice of chocolate to dip it in.

I've been multiple times and love it! I took my daughter for her 18th birthday and she was so pleased! Seeing her smile was everything! Our waitress was very nice and even acknowledged her birthday by giving her some chocolate covered strawberries. We did the 4 course meal! Well worth it!! Wonderful experience

Our server, Sarah, was absolutely amazing. She was on point with everything, bringing us drinks and starter quickly. Sarah was very conversational about common interests and what she was passionate about. She is a star employee and deserves the best for her hard work!
The worst Melting Pot experience. We made reservations to celebrate my birthday and were so looking forward to it. We have always had an excellent time at other Melting Pots. Walking in the door there were 20 people waiting to even check in, with no hostess in sight. We weren’t seated until 30 minutes after our reservation. No one greeted us, and the hostess didn’t even apologize for the wait until after we said something. Half an hour later, we didn’t even have drinks. So an hour after our reservation, without even salad to start, we left. Such a disappointing experience. I doubt we’ll ever go back to a Melting Pot. Plenty of better restaurants to enjoy a $200 meal.

My partner and I sat at the bar and had the whole bar to ourselves just a few days before Valentines. We had a great bartender who took spectacular care of us as we dined, drank, and ate our fondue. He had great menu knowledge and made really good suggestions.
Quality and portion of the food has gone down while prices have gone up. Waitress and drinks were wonderful but the restaurant itself left much to be desired. The stove top on the table made an Noise the entire time it was on, everything looked run down and nothing special.

It was super expensive for what we got. It was my husband, and my two small kiddos. We had 2 drinks, and the bill was close to $300. I remember the portions being much bigger! Hadn't been there in 20 years. Probably won't go back for another 20 years. Service was quite slow too.
