Well the first time my husband and I went there the fries were so covered in salt that it burned our mouths. But burgers were good. Second time we went. Omg. The worst service ever. There was only four people in the dining room all waiting for their food. One guy had to tell the woman three times what he had ordered. Strange location. Stood at the register for 5 minutes before even being acknowledged by one of the 5 employees (and a manager) talking amongst one another. Weird environment too, the seating was like a combination of a classroom and the backrooms. Smelled like cigarettes because of a dude smoking in the corner. Previously I’ve never had any issue with this location. But lately things have changed. On my last visit I ordered a simple combo, I paid and was asked to move into the parking spots while my food was prepared , so far so good. Once the food arrived it did so without my drink and politely asked the employee that brought me my food where it was. 5 minutes later he comes back with the wrong drink and once again I politely tell him that it is not my correct drink, at this point...read full review
