I eat here a lot because it's close to my house. The food is always decent, but in the evenings the inside is closed and you have to wait in the drive-thru which gets pretty lengthy. They always forget something every single time I have been here. I have to check my bag and make sure that everything is in there. I live near the Wendy's on Eastchase, but the service there is so bad we go elsewhere.This location is much, much better. Clean, good service, food that's actually hot.Try their original chicken sandwich. Quite good, especially for a place that specializes in hamburgers.Check it out.Wheelchair accessibility: Only two handicap spots, but very close to the door, with a good ramp.I'm not in a wheelchair, but I am disabled and use a cane. Access is good.

I’ve been going to this Wendy’s since I was a kid with my family and I’ll just say please make sure employees WASH THEIR HANDS, under their nails, keep their hair back, throw out old food, etc. I’ve been on the toilet with vomit coming out one end and diarrhea coming out the other.
