The food was very good but Lexie, the girl that was at the front was on her phone and did not greet us when we walked in or when we walked up. Not once did she smile. She cut me off as I was about to ask if we had to place the order before asking the code for the rr.If she’s gonna be in front of the establishment she should be trained in customer service..

Placed an order at 6:53, received a text confirming my order and pick up time for 7:08. Arrived at 7:10 just because I know those times aren’t exact.While I was waiting to let the cashier know I had a pick up order a group of 5 was placing an order and asking every question because they weren’t familiar with the restaurant.I asked the cashier after they had placed their orders how long would mine take, she asked the cook and said 5 minutes.I’m barely walking out with my order at 7:45 and the group that was in front of me who placed the order as I walked in all received their orders before mine.What’s the point of an online order if it took me longer than if I would’ve just ordered as I walked in.No music and no TVs were on so the sound was just the groups normal conversation and the beeps of the kitchen. I’m assuming they were short staffed and not upset at the cooks becoming engulfed in the situation I’m upset because it seemed that no one had any control of anything.Adding insult to injury my food was not hot, was warm at best.Why did I pay money for subpar food and service.Would not recommend.

2 days ago myself and my children went here to eat. Upon placing our order I noticed that one particular person was really weird and giving off strange vibes but we were so we decided to sit down and eat anyways. WRONG MOVE!! The skin on the chicken was chewy and rubbery! I ordered a Texas swamp margarita for myself and a none alcoholic slushie beverage for my son .. when we woke up the next our throats were COMPLETELY CLOSED! Stomachs were beyond upset! So I say ok “this is cross contamination or food poisoning , or our drinks were spit in to say the least!” .. ( i use to work as a waitress and I was fired because I exposed another waitress for spitting and tampering with people’s food) so I know these things happen and will more than most likely get swept under the rug when someone speaks up about it! I usually watch the waiters and cooks while my food and drinks are being prepared but on this day I didn’t because I was just hot and tired. WRONG MOVE AGAIN! I contacted the store and was givin the run around by the weird girl and I emailed the manager and her only concern was us returning the food back in order to get a refund. I even said I’ll settle for a order remake if im able to watch them prepare the food and drinks PROPERLY !! But still nothing .. so yea don’t eat here unless you want tonsillitis or strep throat because their unsanitary and racist who spit in African American people’s food and drinks you will be exposed to cross contamination and being served out of dirty dishes and cups when you eat here !!

Was over charged and then told “it’s a processing fee”. No mention of this anywhere on the menu or the restaurant.The wings were slimy and smelled off. Not crispy at all. When I attempted to send back and asked for my money back I was told “well technically I can’t refund because you ate some”. I asked how I was to know they were bad without tasting them. Out of the 5 I ordered 4.5 remained untouched.The “manager” has a zero care level.

Stopped in here for a quick lunch while we were out running errands. I opted for a “Caesar salad“ and literally what I got was lettuce and croutons. Not anywhere near a Caesar salad. But this is a wrong place so the people I was with had those… here was their opinion.Wings: they were great!Fried pickles: little burnt and saltyFries: the kid liked themChicken nuggets: no thanksMac n Cheese: goodCreamed Corn: awesome!The fan in the women’s bathroom was broken and soooo loud it was ridiculous! But at least the bathroom was clean ?♀️I guess since I got some lettuce I won’t starve, but I sure won’t be back here ?

I order bbq chicken tenders and fried. They were not good at all. The chicken had no flavor, it tasted like they just poured sauce over overcooked chicken and the sauce was not good. My kid who loves tenders and frie didn't even like it. The fries were not fully cooked tasted like I was biting into a raw potato.

I use to love too come here before they did a recent change with the staff on night shift. My food never is correct…. tonight I placed a order I didn’t receive my cornbread nor sides and you would think when someone makes a mistake they would be more pleasant but the ladies that work here now most definitely don’t have good customer service skills on the night shift. I would never come back to this location 0/10!!
We love wings bucket but this in service is too poor. We came tonight (11-17) and cashier was so rude like we were asking for a free orden. Definitely they NEED TO LEARN from wings buckets of Dallas because in customer service they are TRASH.

Idk what's more annoying the fact that she acted like she couldn't hear me or the fact that the smell inside literary smelt as if it was rotten sewage. Bad customer service horrible pricing and seriously bad attitude from the white female with red hair. Never taking my daughter there again not kid friendly.
