This resturants is terrible. They always messed up the orders, something missing. For whatever reason they will say they didn't get the order placed online. I am not sure what is the purpose of ordering online and having to go pick it up for them to tell you they are barely going to preparare it, get ready to wait 45min. To tap it off The employees are rude too.

I just picked my food up. I don't know which one of them young boys made my food but out of all my years on earth I've never had Wingstop cooked to perfection like this. The wings were hot, fresh and crispy with the perfect amount of seasoning. Even the fries were crispy and hot! This is crazy!!!!!! Give them boys a raise!!!!

Fast Forward Wheels

Call at 2:21pm to check if there is taking order. The guy on the phone said yes, but you will have to pick it up at 5:30 pm, so when you go ahead, place my 30pc wings to him offer to pay it over the phone so I can secure the order was place the guy on the phone said you don't have to can pay when you come in. Ask him if he is sure my order will be placed. Guy said yes, so my wife went to pick up at 5:30 pm just so they can make her wait 20min just to tell her no one ever called to place my order when I literally have proof in my phone because I record all conversations that come in or call put from my phone. I'll highly recommend anyone to go to some other locations because if you read all these bad reviews, say everything about the manager running this place.

I would give 0 stars if I could! I placed an online order for Super Bowl Sunday on the Tuesday before the Super Bowl and they lost my order in the system. The District Manager was there and told me that there was nothing he could do and that I could call another Wingstop and see if they could get me some food. I had already been charged $300! They then called me 2 hours after my order was due and asked if I was coming to get my order and then told me that I messed up. Your service was horrible! Your management is a mess! If corporate doesn’t fix this mess they should just close down. This is the second time they have messed up a big order for me. I gave grace after the first but not now.

I order from this store nearly once a week for “Wings Wednesdays” and have never had any issues with the quality of the food or any missing items. However, every time I go to pick up, they are always 20-30 mins late! I always order at least an hour ahead of time and specify a pick up time. It seems like they don’t start cooking UNTIL the scheduled pick up time… I can understand having to wait 3-5 minutes but not half an hour.Additionally, the employees are often unprofessional and not friendly. Management/ownership, please address these issues. Looking at other reviews, it seems like many other customers have had similar experiences
