What a treat! Will definitely return whenever I go back to Austin. One of the best meals I’ve ever eaten, better than Michelin starred restaurants. Often unique surprising food experiences prioritize creativity over the actual taste of the food, but at Barley Swine every dish tasted spectacular on top of being creative.
Staff was great. Some plates were better / more flavorful than others. Though, the positive plates were very complex in taste and appearance. Fun experience. I think a tiny bit little over priced.
