We used Capital City Bakery for our all-vegan wedding - we ordered 3 different cupcake flavors (11 dozen total) and 1 6-inch cake so we could cut. We got chocolate caramel, strawberry, and vanilla confetti. We customized the frosting/sprinkles a bit to give them a more elegant look and they truly looked and tasted amazing! First off, let me say. If you've been burned by vegan and/or gluten free cheesecake in the past, this place has the holy grail! My wife wanted to order me a cheesecake for my birthday. I was very hesitant at first because I've experienced endless disappointment in the past. Vegan cheesecakes and gluten free cheesecakes never ever live up to their traditional counterparts, let alone trying to find a vegan AND gluten free cheesecake. Came here on our trip from cali and tried the kolache with jalapeño sausage and cheese and oh my lord that is one of the best vegan baked goods I've ever had. Really sad I didn't buy more for the road!! The worker was very friendly and the little house the business is inside of is cute. The parking was a little confusing as some of the signs nearby make it seem like you can't park there but we just made a run for it lol. Hopefully we will be back one day!!
