Muy delicioso! We had the pork mofongo, rice & peas, maduros, El Jabarito Sampler and Mahi mahi with yuca mofongo & salad. Everything was well seasoned, full of flavor and fresh! Haven’t had sorullos in years! This brought back memories. The service was great! Will definitely come back to try more stuff on the menu when we visit Austin again.
The place to go for vegetarian paella. Ambience, staff and the rest of the menu I've tried also leave nothing to be desired. Great culinary option in a city with too much of the same everywhere.

I lived in NYC for 20 years and enjoyed PR food (also have traveled to PR) and was SO HAPPY to find Chago’s here in ATX! Wow! The mofongo, the pork, the tostones! All 100% legit! I find some of the ATX food a bit too ornamented and altered but Chago’s keeps it real. Genuinely friendly service and very easy going vibe. Best Puerto Rican food I’ve found in Texas (used to be in Houston) since I moved to Texas! Thank you!!!
