YUM. The pancakes were the most delicious pancakes I've ever had. Simple and perfect. Super fluffy and sweet. They are great with the fried chicken and spicy butter with syrup. Really enjoyed this meal. Arrive early because it's a popular place for breakfast/brunch
The food was pretty good but I'm giving this place a 5 star review for their great service Although everything in town seemed to be closed or way too busy, Holy Roller managed the business well. The server and kitchen also accommodated a special request to have the migas with their steak. Drinks were decently good as well. Would def come back.

Stopped in here on a really quiet afternoon. We got a cold brew which was delicious with oat milk. Nice music playing and good spacing between tables. We had the biscuits with jam to start which were incredible. Served warm. My boyfriend got the brisket and pulled pork sandwich which he enjoyed, but was messy -- as to be expected lol.
