Best to stand in line for a hour or two before they open to get their normal meat options or see their special for the day. Best for everyone to get one of each on the menu to share between you ya'll. I recommend getting the texado sausage or the beef rib if they have it for the special for the day with the scallops with Gouda for the sides
Amazing brisket. We also tried the lamb shoulder and the jalapeño popper sausage - both delicious. Our favorite side was the scalloped potatoes. Paired it all with a mix of their unsweetened peach tea and sweetened brown sugar iced tea. Definitely a spot to bring friends and family if you want to impress them!
