“Walked into a very clean JJ with people enjoying their lunches. The guys making a large order stopped everything for a walk-in like me. Asking how I am and addressed me with Miss which made me feel good. All being so kind and sounded like they enjoy each others' company working together. My meals were done in under 5 minutes and then they continued making a large lunch for an order. I loved too how one asked for my bag of chips to slip into the bag so I would t be stuck holding my phone, two drinks and purse. It helped a lot!“

“My choice for a "sub(marine)" cold cut sandwich. I usually get the "Vito" with a selection of cold cuts, cheese, and veggies. Oil and vinegar but no mayo, like a real Italian sub. I ask for hot peppers, extra oil and vinegar added, and cut in half. They have a good dill pickle and I ask for it quartered.“

“This is my go-to Jimmy's for delivery orders since I work in the area. I've always received quick delivery and 99% of the time, my order is accurate. I've had one or two times where they brought the wrong chips or left off an ingredient, but hey, we're all human! It happens.“

“JJ's is one of my favorite sandwiches and the service at this location is great but it's so disappointing when you order your favorite sandwich for freaky fast delivery & the wrong sandwich is delivered, ugh ... ordered a country club which is supposed to be ham & turkey & received some sort of Italian lunch meat that I don't eat :(“

“This is a location I go to after my king funeral class at least once a week. I use the takeout method. Service is fast always ready in less than 5 minutes at 8pm. Food always excellent and the ambience cool but I am used to it. Thank you I will be back after my next class“

“Love this place always great food great service great atmosphere.I used to eat the location south on stassney when I worked at lowes, and it was the same experience every time. I used to goto the location on Burnet and braker lane, again same experience. And this location I have been too couple times but years apart, and as I expected same experience and it wad lunch time they were very busy yet every employee showed amazing focus and professionalism that anyone could ask for. Which I believe not only does it give a good experience , I believe it promotes customers to act accordingly, customers are kind to each other not to just the staff. Great job folks ? ? ?“
