I probably had the best brisket I have ever had while eating here. Every piece of meat I had was just amazing, everything was cooked perfectly with amazing flavor. Even though the wait to order was long, it was definitely worth it. The restaurant is part of a street that is filled with art which makes it a great place to look around. I never thought I would wait 3 hours for food but when in Austin you do all the things. They do run out of food so if you can, get there early. We got the last of the brisket when we walked in to order. They have an awesome outdoor patio for seating and iced water outside to drink while you wait in line. The best Mac and Cheese I’ve ever had. Meat falls apart and is so flavorful.
