“Came here on a Sunday around 5pm. Men’s toilet was dirty. Maybe not the staffs fault. The place was clean though. ALL tables nice and clean which was awesome. Portions here are way better than the average Panda and the food was hotter and better than others locally. Overalll good experience.“
“You gotta love Panda Express!Always a great time, amazing food ( if you like that Asian cuisine style food ).I've been to a few locations. It never fails me. Each time I go, I try and get something different, now that I've tried it all... I tend to stick with their orange chicken. What can I say? It's hands down my favorite.Beef and broccoli is a hit, too!Well, their whole menu hits !If you have never tried it, I suggest you at least once. Try something that calls out to you and enjoy!Staff at all locations are friendly and very helpful. Unless it's busy, then you better know what you want, haha. If not, just step aside, and when you make your choice, hop back in line and prepare your taste buds. ?Join their panda rewards program to get even more benefits and perks from this amazing place. Especially if you dine here more often than not.Dietary restrictions: Just ask them to make sure before you dive into your food.Parking: During a rush. Park around back at any location.During a steady day... you can find parking almost anywhere. When it's slow, you've got options! ?Kid-friendliness: 100%Wheelchair accessibility: Depending on where you are, you'll be able to find access with ease. Some locations wheelchair access is the long way around, unfortunately. But!!! It's there.“
“During my recent visit to Panda Express for takeout, I was delighted to encounter a welcoming smile from the staff. Gauri, the employee who took my order, exhibited exceptional politeness, consistently wearing a smile throughout the interaction. As I eagerly awaited my meal, which included the delicious String Bean Chicken, Gauri apologized multiple times for any delay in its preparation. The friendly atmosphere and cleanliness of the place further added to the positive experience. Without a doubt, I will make it a point to visit Panda Express again in the future.“
“The food is great and affordable for us college students; they take Bevo Pay but not Dine in Dollars which is slightly a shame. Regardless, it's one of the best places to go after class or exams to eat with friends if you are in the mood to have an actual meal and not fast food.Naturally it's not the best asian food option we have but it sure is affordable.Lines will get a bit long at peak hours though so u gotta plan ahead or just wait 5-10 mins.“
“The staff working the lunch rush on 9/8/22 did an incredible job of keeping up with the long line and online pick up orders. Despite the frustrated customers, the staff kept positive attitudes and did everything in their power to make customers happy when they ran out of items or had to wait for the kitchen to make a new batch. This location gets a ton of business, so make sure you plan your order for non-peak times if you’re hell bent on everything they offer being in stock.“
“Food was amazing! Aaron did amazing, I believe he’s the manager in the black shirt. As soon as I got in line he acknowledged me and right when he he finished helping me, someone cashed me out and he jumped back in the kitchen! Amazing leadership and customer service!“
“Great new location for Panda Express in the Southwest Austin / Dripping Springs area. A really welcome change given how bad the only other location (West William Cannon Road store) was in terms of offerings and services.Plus the new building looks great. The staff and friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend avoiding that old store and coming to this one for anyone who has a choice.“
“Panda Express is Not "Great" "Chinese" food. But it is very Good, hot, fast, affordable, fairly healthy, Open 'til 9pm Food. And my mom loves their honey walnut shrimp ?So P.E. has become a family favorite in our regular mealtime rotation.?Wheelchair accessibility: Good access“
“Love there orange chicken the only bad thing is the withe rice it's dry they also have chopsticks that's what I normally use and there service is really fast I personally recommend the orange chickenParking: I went for dinner so there was parking spaces open just when the church is over it gets filled up fast so go early“
“We stopped for lunch, i got the plate with fried rice, orange chicken, and grill teriyaki chicken, pretty good as usual. My better half got noodles, orange chicken and beef, his noodles were desperately dry though. The service was very mediocre with no response to our greetings or “thank you”. I thought there was an option to dine in but ours were promptly put into to go boxes and bagged. No biggie, but customer service i feel may need some work. Will return ofcourse as its quick, easy, Chinese food for a low price“
“Almond Chicken ordered with fried rice and a eggroll. Really delicious but I am diabetic and this was too much carbs and sugars?sad really because it is delicious. Maybe just the chicken next time. Ordering was cumbersome because I didn't know HOW to do it. Duh!!!“
“Great experience honestly. I’ve never been a fan of eating out but the food is quite good.Vegetarian options: The super greens, rice and chow melon are the only substantial food options there. Otherwise there’s the veggie springrolls and cream cheese rangoons“
