We have visited most of the Ramen-Tatsuya restaurants in Austin, and this one is just as good as the others. If you're familiar with their food, you'll know what to expect. I ordered the #2 and it might become my new favorite dish. If you're feeling especially hungry, consider adding extra pork and egg. And if you're starving, extra noodles are a good option. I had an incredible experience today at Ramen Tatsu-ya. The service was quick and personable and the food was delicious. I ordered the OG with a Corn Bowl. Will definitely be going again. Thank you to our server Tony for the impeccable service!
