“The drive in was clean as soon as I got there. I had Tony bring out my food and he was very courteous. I ordered Fried Chicken sandwich ? on Texas toast no tomatoes ( I think it was like a Chicken Club or something like that. I added bacon and it was fresh and tasted great as well as my fries (they were nice and hot with just enough salt). I hadn't been to Sonic in almost 10 years and I'm glad I came back, it was so worth it.Kid-friendliness: The customer service I received was great and I had a friend's kid in the car who got the same thank you and appreciation that we did. “Everyone was nice and friendly!! I love seeing people who truly care about giving good service. I went to the drive thru and got a chili dog and cold brew... I really like the cold brew so I get it often. This time they said it was going to take a bit since they were preparing it, but it didn't really however as I was driving away I started drinking the cold brew and it wasn't good. I'm not really picky but I've had their cold brew before so I thought maybe they didn't finish preparing it and against my social anxiety I decided to go back and see if I could get something else. When I explained it wasn't as tasty as usually they offered to re-make it of o would prefer that and I said "of course" cuz I was really craving it... they even let me taste it before they served to make sure it was better and it was. They made my day, and did it with a smile malong me feel comfortable the entire time...These kind of things can really impact someone's day.So THANK YOU!!“
“There’s a new GM, Cody, who is working so hard to get this location where it needs to be and I think he deserves all the recognition. I ordered online one night and when I came to pick it up he was waiting outside for me to let me know that they are temporarily closing at 9, and I had ordered right at 9 so they were unable to make my ticket. He apologized profusely and told me I could either call to have it refunded or just come pick it up the next day. I came back the next day and he immediately got my order in and made. Food is ALWAYS hot, fresh, and fast.“

“Me and my dog walk to this Sonic 3-4 mornings a week. The customer service is great, there is never a long wait & my orders are always right! The Assistant Manager Madison H. goes above and beyond everytime! She knows me on a first name basis and has my order memorized. I highly recommend this Sonic! “We ate here specifically to see if it was worthy of the two stars. Our experience was quick. Our server was super nice (ISSACC). We didn't have to wait a long time- maybe 3 minutes? Our chicken and tots were crispy and a little dry- but it's sonic- and you know the tots are amazing with Chili on them - which needs a crunchy tot. Anyway. It was as good as Sonic should be expected to be.“
“We swing through on Friday afternoons for a treat, the kids almost always get the same thing, slush with nerds, and I'd say the nerds aren't there 30% of the time, which I kind of like bc they don't need more sugar, but they would disagree.We used to see Joanie and she was so sweet, and sometimes we have a tall guy who is really funny, so the staff are generally cool.“
“This location always has good food and they make it so fresh. I'm glad they have those young people and more of a full staff again. But Mrs. Jessie or Betsy one of these 2 is her name used to manage and get those orders out and she made them delicious too. She used to run it by herself a lot of times. Take a pic.Parking: The two locations in South Austin are easy in easy out locations close enough to an intersection where is easy to get to and far enough away where you don’t have to wait long to get back out on the roadKid-friendliness: They have quite a few selections for kids and the kids meals. “Management is not training staff well. On several occasions I have ordered a double cheese burger without the bun, no fries ot tots. Tonight the order taker seemed unclear on the concept. Eventually,, he understood. The order came well packaged. However, when I got home, there was no cheese on my double cheeseburger! ? I feel that staff wanted to do a good job, but had been inadequately trained.“

“The last few mornings I have come to get a burrito. And Jess has been on the receiving end of the speaker and she’s been so pleasant and happy each time.She doesn’t know me (at least I hope not otherwise I need to limit my time here) haha but it’s so nice to be “met” with kindness especially in the mornings!I’ve also come on the afternoons with my kids for slushes and you can tell the staff is short handed, but we’ve never had a bad experience or been met with rudeness. “Use the app to save money and time, it's always happy hour when you order from the app. You can just tell them you have an order online when going through the drive through if you order from the app and it basically lets you skip the line to order.“
“I felt like I should leave a review because I have had nothing but good experiences at this location! Almost everyone I have spoken to has been wonderful and has excellent customer service. Yes, they may have some stalls down, but I just drive to one that is open- no big deal. Never had an issue with my food either! Loved Sonic since I was a kid and happy to have found a good one :)“

“I love this place for thier Mozzarella cheese sticks, and marinara dipping sauce. Everyone has been getting rid of their marinara sauce. I am so glad sonic still has theirs. I always get a large order. I like the ice they use for their drinks. I enjoyed their chilicheese hotdogs called coney's. They make a pretty decent cheeseburger. The corn dogs are good. The tater tots/chili cheese tater tots are good. The tater tots are a bit greasy by themselves after munching on them for a while, but perfect with ketchup which will nullify that greasy vibe.“
