“Easy parking and conveniently located. All the usual that you would come to expect from a neighborhood Starbucks that is now everywhere around the world. This is one of my local favorites because it's so easy to get in and out of and adjacent to hobby lobby the banks and all the other great stuff on William Cannon.Frappuccino and chai latte are two of my favorites but you can't go wrong with anything on the menu.If you feel like you need to be extra cozy and need a quick car Wash or morning pick-me-up grab a muffin to go with it ???“
“Wow! This Starbucks is right next to a school and is taken over by middle schoolers! As a passer by I did not know this. I was pleased with how the door guard & baristas handled this rather loud rowdy bunch of kids, great job especially the girl at the door screening kids and making sure the inside was nice for all guests.“

“When I arrived in Austin, TX via a flight I needed a place to relax before the next leg of my trip. Found this location to be easily accessible from the downtown area. What impressed me most was the tasty oatmeal drink, local recommendations, and an explanation on how olive oil can be added to coffee drinks. 10/10 :)“
“This place is great! Also, in regards to the review I saw about warning someone that the restroom is occupied, they're just doing that to be nice. They've done this with me too, and I appreciated it. The staff are never rude here.“

“I mean it's starbucks! Drinks are reliable in my books. The staffs are friendly and they make the drinks just like I want it.there is wifi and some small tables to work or study. They also open until 7pm which is not very common for Austin cafes.“
“Better than the real Starbucks down the road. The location inside target has employees that are friendly and make good drinks. The other one down the road is terrible. Only thing I wish was they supported mobile order here. Even still, there’s a smaller line and shorter wait at this target location.“
“My family and I went to Starbucks Drive thru as we were driving around looking at Christmas lights. I ordered the hot chocolate with whipped cream. The woman at the window greeted us with a smile and was very kind. She offered us a drink holder but we didn't need it. The hot chocolate was good. It was hot but not overly hot and it was sweet but not overly sweet. I'm not sure of the inside as we went through the drive thru but the parking lot was decent and the Starbucks exterior was lit up by the sign on the building. We did go at night about an hour before closing so there was just one car ahead of us and we moved through the drive thru quickly.“
“There is a barista who works here by the name of Tristan. They are such a joy to interact with. They put a smile on my face every time I talk with them, especially after a monumentally bad day, and I am so grateful to them! This location is so lucky to have them!“
“Best Starbucks in Austin - Leah and Laura are the sweetest and remember me when I come in. On the rare chance there’s a line (usually only when there’s a conference in town) it’s well managed with multiple employees staffed and they always turn drinks out quick!“
“My absolute favorite Starbucks location. I visit regularly and I always appreciate their attention to detail and consistency. They remember my name, my order, and are always so friendly. Sometimes my orders can be a little complex and they always take the time to ensure it's correct. The quality is great and the consistency is even better.“

“We visited this location every day on our nine day stay here in Austin. We made it a point to come back to this location due to the friendliness of the staff. I said it.I'll say it again.Starbucks makes better lattes than anyone else.Never mind the fact that they have strange flavors like pistachio and sushi ripple.(Okay, no sushi ripple quite yet.)Starbucks flavors - whether traditional or "flavor of the month" tend to be very good.Lattes in other places often leave a rough taste in my throat - which I think reflects poor handling of the milk.Milk quality is never an issue at a Starbucks.Starbucks lattes are smooth and suave and good.They also do a hot chocolate that is markedly better than the hot chocolate in competing establishments.So I am generally happy with what is in my cup at a Starbucks.b) The Food.The food at indy places ranges from marvelous to awful.There are coffee houses with legendary food.I love those places.But Starbucks food is never bad.If you want something hot and with protein,Their sous vide egg bites just can't be beat.They are small. The versions without bacon are low calorie.They are good for you to boot.For strip mall breakfast, you can do a lot worse. And, just for the record, the baked goods are pretty decent too.c) As a workplace. Starbucks are always pretty places to be in.They tend to have very good access to sockets - although some Starbucks are better at this than others.The tables have good work spaces - although sometimes you will end up sitting in a comfy chair or on a sofa waiting for table space to be vacated.The chairs and sofas aren't too bad.The internet is reliable which is a big deal.I have torn my hair out when the internet has gone down in some of the more famous indie coffee shops in Austin.They don't have good playlists.But the music I have on my laptop (or the music I can stream from my streaming services) is much better than what most coffee houses play anyway.I go to Starbucks. I get a lot done.* * *So on all the things that matter - except quality of base espresso - Starbucks is fundamentally good.Good drinks. Good food. Good workspace.As a cost of doing business, your drink will have to be flavored.Drink Green Tea Lattes and thrive.“
“My Monday Morning Brain misread the i-35 & Oltorf location as 1st & Oltorf multiple times when ordering in the app. When I showed up to grab my order it of course was not in their system. They were kind enough to make it for me anyway! I shouldn't be surprised though as I hit this drive through multiple times a month and have never had a bad experience. Everyone is always so friendly!“
“Why would Starbucks need another review? You already know what you get here. But this Starbucks is one of biggest Starbucks in Austin, and they have a great drive-thru. Most Starbucks in Austin are small and have no drive-thru.Other than space and having a drive-thru, the other really impressive thing at work here is their mastery of the logistics required to serve so many people so fast. Having an app and a recognized brand will only get them so far. Their drive-thru orders are so smoothly executed that I've never had to wait long for anything. Allendale really relies on this place to get moving every day.As a remote working environment, I choose them when I want guaranteed warmth, parking, and a guaranteed electrical outlet. Our local Austin shops are amazing when the weather is right --which is just about all the time. But most places aren't set up for cold here. And the local places sometimes aren't designed with many outlets or parking. Today my battery is low, and it's cold. I had my pick of a ton of parking places close to the building. It's a Starbucks morning.“
“I recently had a great experience at the Starbucks close to my neighborhood. It's conveniently located next to HEB, making it a fantastic alternative when I need to pick up a couple of bags of whole beans. Surprisingly, parking was available and convenient considering how busy the complex is.The store itself is clean and has a bustling atmosphere, especially in the early afternoon. Staff members are friendly and helpful, adding to the positive vibe of the place. Overall, it's become my go-to spot for a reliable and enjoyable coffee experience in the neighborhood.“
“The drive through workers I’ve encountered at this location are extremely kind, conversational and amiable. Whenever you ask for something extra they give you a good amount and make an effort to make the food right. Lastly we had a pretty large order and they were quick with it. Would recommend.“

“Y'all. I was THAT person. I ordered two drinks for myself. I tried to play it off up until I got to the moment in my three hour class where I found myself sipping on the second one. In my opinion, you can't fault me. It was Thursday BOGO after 12pm on fall drinks. I needed a bit of sugar, but I didn't have a friend to share it with. I thought one drink would come home for the next day. I was so wrong. I got a hot PSL (yes, I'll drink a hot drink when it's hot out). And an Iced Pumpkin Cream Chai Tea Latte without ice. At first, order ahead wasn't available, but then it was. I walked in and the place was busy! I haven't seen such a busy store since I lived in LA. They were busy, but the mobile order drinks were timely. There were at least a dozen drinks waiting for their owners. There were just as much college kids coming through on a Thursday afternoon. I took a moment to sit on the patio and read before heading to class. I was actually surprised to find a spot. I don't know how often I'll be back, but I would strongly consider it after my pleasant experience.“
“Dropped into this Starbucks location for a coffee pretty close to them closing. They didn't have any of the medium roast Pike Place anymore, but the barista was super kind in offering to make a fresh batch of it if I really wanted the Pike Place. I opted out of them having to make another batch just for me so close to them closing. She did offer to make an Americano which would have a similar flavor profile for the same as the medium roast. Nice experience overall, no complaints at all!!“
“I go out of my way to come to this Starbucks location. While there is hardly any parking, the drive through is always fast. Everyone is so kind and cheerful! And they never make my order wrong (it’s a flat white and you can tell if the coffee is added at the wrong time).Dietary restrictions: Gluten free/ dairy free“

“I've been struggling to find a coffee shop I can sit and do some work and read in south Austin. This Starbucks honestly exceeded my expectations.There's a nice spot tucked away upstairs where you can read and enjoy your coffee. My go to is just the nitro cold brew.. it's fast and smooth. Order ahead online if you don't want to wait as they are quite busy at all times.“

Sabrina was taking my order there was another employee older lady with her who kept scolding her over every little things. “Did you ask her what size...? “The barista who works there on Friday afternoons literally turned my Friday around. She didn’t know this, today has… not been great for me. I wanted to treat myself to a cold brew, and this Starbucks barista went above and beyond to make the tastiest salted caramel cold brew I’ve ever had. She was extremely kind and professional, 10/10 will be going to get another cold brew very soon!“
“I had a great experience at this location. The employee had just opened; she was cheerful and engaging. There's good space dedicated to this location in Randall's. There are tables and chairs provided in a nice open space on the side of the store.Also, despite being a grocery store Starbucks location, there is a lot of merchandise available on display.So, next time you're in the area or stopping in for groceries, pop over to this Starbucks, kick up your feet, then get on with your day.“

“I scored a nice corner spot in a cozy leather chair, away from the hustle and bustle so I was able to get a LOT of work done. Plug nearby - bonus! Warm turkey sandwich with pesto was missing the sriracha so I had to ask for some. The gentleman was very apologetic and grabbed me a side packet but quite inconvenient since I was on a call.Overall, I would go back…but would only stay if I got the corner seat away from the noise and had a full belly!“

“It’s a special Starbucks in 2nd floor of Marriott in Austin downtown. This place doesn’t take cash but you can do Starbucks app, gift card or credit card. I like the place because of its seats beneath the barista area. (Please check the photo) I will recommend you to come here working at a laptop if you have a few hours between your stuffs. Overall, I like this place. It’s not quite but an ok cafe.“
“It’s a comfortable Starbucks where you can be productive. I enjoyed the interaction with the baristas, nice and warm. You will need a passcode to enter the bathroom but it’s not a big deal. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here. One thing to add on is that this Starbucks dine-in will close at 7 pm and drive-through will close at 8 pm.“
“It’s an above-average Starbucks near a grocery store and some shops. Baristas are nice to take your orders. Drinks are great. Seats are the type of arrangement you will see. No passcode is required for the bathroom. Overall, it’s a great place to take a rest.“

It’s not crowded, you can enjoy your beverage and the coffee house music while watching the outside.Timed my online order PERFECT! Walked in and the barista was gently placing it in the pickup area. A lot of the people in theorizing are fun and friendly but this girl just comes in with the same sad story about how hard her life is. “They turned around what had been a disappointing day to a long, unpleasant wait at Franklin's, which I went to as part of a group and would never recommend to my worst enemy. The cashier was careful to spell my name correctly on the cup. When I said it doesn't matter, she said "it matters to me." I had an Oleata, and she was careful to get it exactly right. Had one in Maryland I didn't like, but I figured I needed the olive oil today, and it was just perfect. She also validated my opinion and said "you go for the experience, once." She said "locals know that Interstellar is better," but in a nice way. Drink was great, and the barista who made the drink after the cashier took my order was very nice. This is just a stellar Starbucks.“
“Really sweet baristas work here. I was staying at a local hotel and booked it specifically because I knew I could walk to Starbucks! So happy I chose this location. I came in early and was able to work quietly for about an hour, while enjoying my favorite fresh coffee. (I tried the hotel coffee 1st and just could not!)I saw kindness and caring shown by all of the staff to their community. I was highly impressed. “It was my first time stopping at this location. They had a system like all other Starbucks (place your order and wait until your name is called), but it wasn't working well with inside customers. It appeared that they were prioritizing app customers first, and the orders were sitting there clogging up space on the counter in alphabetical order. There were a few tables and benches against the perimeter of the store for dining. However, it didn't seem as cozy and inviting as other Starbucks. After about 15 minutes of waiting, we received our three simple drinks (medicine ball, apple cider w/caramel only, and latte).“

“We lucked out and when we moved to Austin, this Starbucks ended up being minutes from our house. I visited this location today and it was exceptional. Great counter service, fresh food, and amazing coffee. I work hybrid remote and usually check out coffee shops when I go inside to see how many outlets are around the tables, glares from the sun, noise level, etc. This location will definitely be on my options to visit when I need to get out of the house on my WFH days!“
