“This subway has come a long way. They typically have the most options if you use the app compared to other nearby subways. They also have prepared our sandwiches to the most potential in comparison to other experiences with subway locations.“

The best experience is wondering what kind of sandwich you will get no matter how many single syllables you use to order it, this includes banging rocks and making grunting and pointing noises. “I ordered on the app and requested a lot of lettuce on my sub. Went in to pick up my order and was met with a friendly lady who ensured she put a ton of lettuce. I went home to a perfectly crafted and delicious sub! I found my new go-to Subway.“

“Every time I've been to this Subway, it's active, the staff is friendly and engaging, and the food has been moderately fresh with indication they take good care of their food prep and stations. The Soda Fountain was also clean and had the correct ratio of carbonation Vs syrup. The #18 is awesome.Wheelchair accessibility: Has some accessible booths for people in wheelchairs.“

“I would never give a Subway more points than I have here simply because number one I believe there's always room for improvement number two none of the employees at Subway feels invested in their job they feel like they just want to leave and the food is not appealing on the eye the translucent cucumbers the scoops that they use to take the meat out with it all needs to be revamped and redone. But this particular subway that I went to was contrary to all of those it was clean it was neat the employees were efficient knowledgeable and dropped a job done and weren't skimpy. And no translucent cucumbers. Thanks for a good sandwich you guys“

“Subway has been around for a long time so their model must be a good one. The quick way to specify how you sub is built as it is done in front of you watching is pleasing to me. This location is paired with a quick mart so I can pick up other things there.“

My sandwich was perfectly executed person was very polite and respectful right away , as soon as I walk into the door can you make eye contact acknowledge me he was very attent and he'll look for he was so kind,!! “Tried to order sub through app AND website but every single option says “unavailable at this location” so it’s impossible to take advantage of their BOGO deal here. Walked there anyway and asked for the sub I wanted and miraculously they have all the ingredients. Disappointed.—Update:Visited a week later and the app finally allowed for my order to go through. Was able to use the BOGO coupon. Ordered through the app and everything was ready for pick up as soon as I got there, skipped a line of 5 people. Good service.“

“My experience at this particular Subway was probably my favorite. Everything was in stock and the display was well organized. Very clean atmosphere made it easy to want to dine in. Customer service was fast and polite. The food was fresh and well prepared. I will definitely be making this place my primary Subway.“

“I've always had a liking for Subway, and this place is no different - amazing subs at amazing prices.The downsides are that sometimes, the service team members are fairly new and not very familiar with the things they are selling, especially with regards to the deli meats. Also, the fountain drinks have a slight taste of tap water, which leads me to skip the same and get the bottled ones.“

If there were more people like Sonia, perhaps Subway would be thriving in the Austin area. “Nice little Subway.The staff was great.My sandwich was a little strange. I had the bread toasted before toppings (I always do) but it tasted stale, not toasted. Parts were really good but parts were "stale then roasted."I just ate it. Didn't complain or say anything.I had zero doubt they would re-do. I was in a time crunch and hurry.Despite the bread issue, I'd have no problem going to this location again if I was in the neighborhood again. I was staved and Subway is pretty consistant.If I am going to do Fast Food, Subway is high on my "Gotta eat." list. It's quick. It's good. It's filling. It's affordable. “I love Subway! I always get the sweet teriyaki chicken, it's delicious. If you haven't tried, than you should. The thing about subway is, it's always fresh and always tastes good. You never get dry, untasteful meat or stale bread like some burger places. Also, the veggies always crispy fresh .“

“Ate here with my partner tonight, nice enough service, food was the usual, i got my loaded Turkey and he got his regular tuna, he said it was delicious and over all it was all really good. The bread seemed smaller than usual though, but got the BOGO deal so can’t complain too much, but really what’s up with the chips being a quarter full? Will definitely be back but pretty mediocre compared to others we have been to in Austin“

“My favorite subway to go to, it's always clean and the staff is always quick to make my order regardless of the wait. They're also friendly and always welcome my husband and I in. I've never had a wrong order at this location and will continue to come to this one over others! Most other locations also don't have hot cheetos which are my husband's favorite. The bread is also well made and not burnt like other locations.“

When I walked in it was about 8:15pm there were about 8 customers waiting this young man handled and greeted each customer and catered to each and every one of our request. “The sandwich was great !!! Fresh veggies, and plenty of meat and cheese. The store was clean and the staff was very friendly. The only issue was they are slower than molasses on a cold winter day. It took them 20 minutes, yes 20 minutes to make two foot long subs, and they weren't even toasted !!!! They got to speed up as I "almost" walked out.“

“Watch to pizza patron right next door not they didn't have a bathroom and I have two small girls that needed to go ASAP. Subway has likes in their bathroom doors and usually you have to be a customer to use the restroom. But thanks to the black lady, she didn't have any problem with letting my girls go without buying anything. Bathroom was clean which made our experience even better! Thanks girl. We need more smiling faces like you in this world.“
