Walked in no one at counter. No sign saying there no front help and you have to use screen pad to order. Then there was me and two other people waiting to be helped, with question on the order and payment. Stood for about 10 minutes even though employees saw us standing there. This location use to be great but now it's horrible. My order is always incorrect. I called and they placed me on hold for 40 minutes and I could hear the people in the back laughing. I tried calling and it would say the line is busy. Horrible customer service!
If I could rate them 0 starts I definitely would!!! I went there to get a $5 craving box and a couple of tacos and 1. We found a hair on the taco, 2. The Dorito Locos taco were very stale and taste like plastic, like if it’s been sitting there and 3. The food didn’t process very well because my husband threw up the food and I kept having constant diarrhea.
