I am beyond grateful that this restaurant exists and I've been at least a dozen times over the years. Here are my thoughts: 1) The interior is beautiful and moody in the best way, but it is always deafeningly loud, so much that I'm sure some people eat here once and never return simply bc of the noise. 2) Service has always been A or A+ in my opinion. 3) The food is OK or good, but often not great. The Brussel sprouts were amazingly good with an exceptional sauce but the Cowboy burger was a complete disappointment and I guarantee you, no cowboy would have eaten it, so deceptively misnamed. It was a thin, juiceless, tasteless patty that was even hard all the way around the edge. I'm a no-exception vegan so we need places like the Beer Plant but beware, I did not like nor do not recommend the so-named Cowboy burger.
