I'm giving them 5 stars because our Christmas Eve order did not get through to them from the app. I asked about it 20 minutes early, and we discovered the error. It was supposed to be ready for pickup at 5:10 pm. My 150 wings, with all the dips and flavors we asked for, were ready at 5:16. That is Excellent customer service!! The food was good as always.
Ordered a draft, didn't come dressed. Had to ask for all that, then when I go to ask for the check the lady just states you have to scan the qr code. Lady I asked for my check, not recommendations on how you do your job easier. Then I go to the front to buy your sauces and no one is up front. I wait and have to flag a lady down, who then goes to find someone else that takes forever to serve me. I love your wings. Up until recently, I was a long-time bar customer (two-three times per week) $25 wings plus $15 beer plus a $10 tip. Suddenly, very negative service happened, and I stopped going to the bar. I love your wings, so I switched to take out, still two-three times per week. $25 wings plus $0 beer plus $2 tip. I would not recommend the bar.
