Took a while to get my ice cream. My son worked here for 2 days, left when he thought he was done, was told he left before doing something he should of, and was terminated because of it. Was never paid for his work. Came and asked the manager what he needs to do to get paid and she said “well he only worked here a little, and we don’t do new hire paperwork for around 3 days so if they don’t work out….”That’s illegal. I hadn’t been to a DQ in ages. My friend and I popped in for an ice cream and I’m happy we did. We were greeted by a very friendly server with a great sense of humor. I ordered a caramel sundae and my friend had the a tropical blizzard. It was the very best caramel sundae I’ve ever had. It looked almost too pretty to eat. Almost.
