El Toro is my favorite Tex-Mex restaurant. Always leave satisfied and sometimes stuffed.Parking: The lot is small during lunch service but I always find a spotWheelchair accessibility: Building is on a foundation and the step up is short.
For values of Baytown, this is always a good bet and the food seems pretty consistent. The space is pretty small though so it probably fills up fast at busy times but there’s always plenty of parking.

Go there. Eat more green sauce than is reasonable. Get the seafood enchiladas. Pour whatever green sauce is left over the rice. Tip your server well and carve out time for an afternoon nap.
