“We loved Walk-On’s from several years ago when we lived in Louisiana. They were so happy to know one opened up not terribly far from us, so of course we had to go.The food was as delicious as we remember, all the way down to the desert we ordered regardless of being so full!Our waiter was AVREY, and let me tell you… he’s the SWEETEST, most PATIENT, and POLITE waiter I’ve come across in such a long time. “We opted to try a new spot, and not a chain. It is an older building but clean. The food was good. The Mojo de Ajo (garlic butter grilled fish and shrimp) was delicious. The 2 chicken and 1 cheese enchiladas were OK. Spanish is the language there, with the tv playing a news station in Spanish. They close fairly early.Parking: Parking is across the side street in a gravel lot, but plenty of space availabilityKid-friendliness: Love their sign that says: Please keep your kids seated and go with them to the bathroom.“
“The seafood is always so flavorful here. The only thing that is off right now is the pricing and how small the crawfish is, so I'd really only go for the shrimp for now until prices go back to normal for the crawfish other that I'm always satisfied when I come here.“

“The family really enjoyed our dinner here. The wait was a little long for the food, but I think we came in at the end of a rush, and they were getting close to the end of the night but they made the wait worth while with great service and excellent food. “We enjoyed the two Fried catfish dinners. The quantity was generous, definitely got our monies worth .They were hot and tasted so good. We went on a Sunday at 11:30. No wait. “If you're trying to decide if you should eat here, just do it for the shrimp cocktail! LOLThe shrimp cocktail is the best Mexican style cocktail I have had in the United States. You can't get this anywhere else in the country, trust me. I have lived in Washington state and Tennessee. I have also vacationed or have traveled to every state for work. This shrimp cocktail is by far the most authentic. The sauce is slightly sweet and thinner in consistency than most cocktail sauces , which makes it very light. The flavor of the sauce deliciously blends with the onion, tomato, cilantro and avocado. Once you try this you'll be hooked. They serve it with lime and crackers. However, I don't eat mine with crackers...I eat it on chips because it's lighter and pairs better together, allowing you to experience the flavors and freshness of the cocktail. They also have a tasty Michelada. They make their own mix and I would have to say their mix is my favorite I've had so far. It's very light, not tomatoey (is that a word LOL) and full of flavor. If you ask me what else I've eaten here I would tell you nothing else. So, I can't comment on the other dishes because I love their shrimp cocktail so much..that's all I get! LOLI live in League City and drive to Baytown just for the shrimp cocktail. Can you tell how much I love it? LOLI've even tried to reverse engineer the sauce but, can't get it right. LOL The atmosphere, as you can see by my picture is nothing fancy but the restaurant is always clean. They are typically a little busy during lunch but, never on a wait. The day I came it was about 3 so, it was only me and 2 other tables. I sat in the booth against the wall. They have booths along the walls with tables in the center of the restaurant. Their prices are reasonable as you can see for yourself, I posted their menu. I'm giving them 5 stars for their shrimp cocktail and Michaela.“
“Stopped here for lunch with few coworkers. The place was very busy during lunch time on Tuesday. The restaurant is fairly big. Includes dinning area, large bar and outside patio.The lunch menu has great variety of fish.Our waitress did mess up couple of our orders and mixed up togo drinks.Prices are on the high side. We averaged ~$30 / person for lunch.“
