Food is great, and the restaurant is clean, but service is definitely not what it used to be.One day me and my sister ordered on the app and it was supposed to take 20 min.When we showed up, it took another 20 min and we just left.We also had other times where we waste 30 minutes after the estimated time.Also the to go curbside only has 3 spots but one of the signs is missing
Sat at the window, after paying and getting my ice cream shake, for over 10 minutes. Been coming here for many years and never had this happen. The girl at the window didn’t seem to worry about me being upset. Guess I will have to go to Wendy’s from now on.
