I'm not sure what happened today, 3/4/24, but I had the worst experience today. I walk in and there's only 3 customers inside the restaurant. The place was practically empty. I went up to the register, and the young woman had an attitude on her. I ordered a 10 piece boneless combo. The fries were cold, and the wings didn't taste fresh. Ordered online for Door Dash delivery. Missing item upon delivery. Called the store, they would either refund tmoney for the item or i could go pick up the missing item. Talked to the manager and expalined that I ordered this for my kids lunch when school was cancelled and I could not come get the order but one of my kids would not eat lunch if the order was not delivered. They had NO RECOURSE besides a refund or for me to leave work and come deliver the order to my own kid myself....read full review

Had the Hawaiian chicken sandwich with fries. Pretty good in my book, lot better than any chickflay. Young Lady named Emily waited on us, friendly and helpful. I will eat here again.
