My first time eating here, have passed by and noticed the smokers in the back (very good sign for a BBQ restaurant). My wife and I each had the sliced beef sandwich and potato salad for lunch. The staff was very friendly and my order came out quickly. The meat was very tender, flavorful and portion size was generous. I've been looking for a home made link sausage for some years. Everyone has been passing off regular ones as the same but this place right here!!!!. When I say a real homemade link OMG. Just like I remember from childhood years!

Broussard’s has been around for a while and I have never been disappointed when coming to town for a good plate of homemade BBQ, rice dressing, boudain, and pies! Staff are nice but about their job, taking your orders and getting your food on a timely manner! One thing about living in California, I miss the southern hospitality here in Beaumont, Texas!
