I happened to be in Beaumont from Galveston and decided to try Elena’s. First of all I’ve never had nachos with both chile con queso AND cheese. It was awesome!! Of course I ordered Serrano chiles toreados to slice up on them and a side of refritos. Salsa had a nice kick to it also.
I go here because their queso is a little spicy it's really good! I love supporting them because they are locally owned.Last night, they showed out and really helped people who were trapped by the weather. There was a massive storm last night, and a party of 9 people wanted to dine in, and the restaurant was almost closing , but because of how bad the storm was, they stayed open and took care of a nine top.I love great customer service, and I really appreciate your kindness. It was our 1st visit; my daughter's co-workers raved about the other location near downtown, so she wanted to try the Phelan location. The atmosphere was very casual and comfortable. We found their menu options gave you several selections or combos to choose from. They have daily specials, and their prices are fair.
