Walking in to restaurant was a little confusing. Wasn't sure if you sit or self serve. The food counter is off to side behind a partial wall. A little confusing.After making order and receiving food, we found a table. My brisket was perfectly cooked and tasted pretty good. The BBQ sauce was way too sweet/extra tart for me and my guests. The baked beans I did not eat because of the overwhelming BBQ sauce in them.
Not the nicest establishment in town, but the BBQ is excellent. I've had all of their offerings, and have to say the brisket is my favorite. The taste is consistent every visit and it is so smoky and moist. Service is 3 stars but the meat pushes it over the top for me.
