I went yesterday just because I was curious. Being honest, I was surprised how good is the food they serve. I went for the Shrimp nachos and the taste was pretty good, the shrimp tastes fresh, the cheese and the chips quality was excellent. After, they gave me a tostada de ceviche as courtesy. The avocado, the ceviche and the tostada itself was amazing. It is lovely this kind of surprises. They are animal lovers, so if you bring your pets they eat for free. Highly recommended.
I love this food truck and so does my dog! The couple who run it are sweet people who make excellent food. Plus, they always make sure my dog gets a little snack - I would post a picture of her enjoying her food but she practically inhales it! I am posting a picture of the SPI fish tacos I got last night (they were DELICIOUS!). I try something different from the truck pretty often & I have never gotten anything that wasn't yummy!

It's my first time visiting, and I ordered some shrimp tacos and they were very tasty, they were accompanied by some spicy galeana chips, and a very delicious piece of cheese pie as well. Accompanied by Jamaican water.
