I tried all of the street tacos and the Chipotle chicken quesadillas, the quesadillas were absolutely amazing 10/10 ? best quesadillas I've ever had, the salsa verde was perfect ? the tacos of puerco deshrebrada were my favorite of the street tacos, I expected more from the pastor and cheesecake. My tiny mom tried the huge fajita taco and finished it ? so did everyone else, not a morsel to spare. lol definitely coming back!
I'm normally not a taco person when it comes to tacos from Brownsville and in my twenty two years of living in Frontera I had not found tacos that reached those of Matamoros until today. delicious tacos and I really liked the atmosphere too. I promise you that I have been looking for delicious tacos for a long time here in Brownsville and no other place sells steak tacos as delicious!! 1000/10

Great micheladas, food, and service. Wait was reasonable enough for an evening. Once seated, our server Luis was on it. At one point, I joked that he was doing great, but my beer hadn't arrived yet. I had ordered it about 30 seconds earlier, and voila, my beer was there. He was great serving a table of 12 effortlessly. We mostly had tacos and queso. Both were delicious. Micheladas were good but filling. Definitely will visit again.
