This place is pretty good. So far, their food is good, rice and beans are ok. This time, the visit was a little disappointing. First of the bathroom sink was dispensing blazing boiling hot water, and there was no way to adjust it. I let the staff know, but I don't know if they did anything about it. I come here anytime I’m in Brownsville. Its authentic homemade style Mexican food. The chicken enchiladas or the mole chicken are my favorites. They have Coke Zero, and they take Apple Pay. Service is always friendly. Relaxed dining area with plenty of tables. They also have a few outdoor tables that I use during nice weather. I’m sure there are more gems on the menu that I will try the more I come.

This is a wonderful place to go with a beautiful outdoor covered patio on the resaca. The food is great. You order at the counter, both Mexican and American fare, and they deliver it to the table, which is wherever you'd like to sit; inside or out! You will NOT be disappointed with the wonderful food either.
