We did some web searching for good BBQ in Brayn TX, and this place came up. Google did not disappoint.Forget the the neon and flashy signs. This place is a good old fashion family restaurant with down home family like service.From the outside, you might pass by it. But once you're inside, you won't want to leave. I enjoyed a delicious supper of ribs, sausage and potato salad. The ribs were perfect. Tender with a good sear on the outside. Just the right amount of smoke. These folks know bbq. I look forward to my next visit when I will try the brisket.
