Papa Perez is our favorite restaurant! We even had a little wedding reception there. We love the food, the cocktails and the service! Everyone takes great care of us every visit!I have my favorite dishes but tonight I tried the empanadas! Delicious! Crispy, flaky crust with creamy, beefy filling. So good! This place needs a better entrance for handicapped ppl the front door has no ramp for the handicapped was told by an employee that the city won't allow them one go figure so I contacted the Civil liberties disability commission on this matter how is it possible not to have a handicapped accessibility to the building.
