It was busy but they had all the pizza refilled and full. It wasn't overly loud and the staff was there if you needed them but they were all busy getting stuff done and not on their phones or off task.
By far the cleanest CiCi’s I have ever been to! The employees were constantly cleaning. The tables were immediately cleaned after people left. Counters being wiped down every time I looked up. Pizza is fresh and quick to be replaced when out. Requested order were out quick. My family will definitely be

I rated the place a 4 star because the employees were kind and were back there cooking up more pizza even though they were running out. I didn't rate it a 5 however because they really should've cleaned the tables up a little more as there were multiple tables that had been dirty with food and etc left on them.
