Not sure if owners or managers read these but they should. It's lunch time on a Monday and I'm their are only a few customers . If you are wondering why here's a few suggestions.The place is boring. No music playing. The staff are unfriendy at barely speak and look like they hate their job. I don't know if this guy was the owner or manager but he was just rude. He made the sandwich really sloppy. Overheard him speaking rude to the coworker. I wasn't impressed with this place one bit. It was my first time there and my last I really enjoyed Jimmy John's in San

Ordered 2 different times from this location. First time took 1.5 hr for delivery when location is 5 miles away. Thinking it was a fluke decided to order again and this time 2hrs went by then decided to drive over there and pick it up. No one answered the phone when I called. They allowed phone to ring then just hung it up. I love Jimmy John’s and use different locations frequently and NEVER experienced this. Worst customer service and worst management displayed here.
