We were immediately seated. The food was good, issues started with the cook time. It was a 20 minute wait for food. Numerous tables were leaving the restaurant and were not ordering therfore potentially backing up the kitchen.The server seemed nice, not once did she update us on how come our food was taking so long. Glad we tried this place! Food was delicious. Server was efficient and friendly. Kitchen was on the slow side but the food was so good and flavorful. Chicken fried steak did not look good but it was very good! Menu has lots of variety, we'll be back to try more.

I've LONG loved Café Brazil & have been to several locations (never disappointed)... but the Carrollton location is near & dear to my heart for personal reasons. Our server ROCKED; we were sat next to a lovely couple & their son... the foooooooood! Omg- the Banana Bread French Toast gives me LIFE! Drank way too much coffee- because as always- it was perfect and I had to try the whole bar!
