As a Franconian-Bavarian visiting Texas, I imagined an original Texas barbecue, similar to a saloon. I was here with a friend who wanted to show me. It was also nice that you could mix your own drink at the drinks machine. Yeah. THE BEST brisket anywhere.I wish BBQ places would figure a charge for the baked potato AS A SIDE ITEM when ordered plain with nothing on it. Instead they charge you as if it’s loaded and that’s just wrong.
