Have not visited this particular location in a while, seems to be a new (unfriendly) staff working here now. Limited flavors so there wasn’t a lot to choose from. I spent $25 or so for the items pictured (strawberry, lemon, buttercream, wedding cake). I asked about others flavors with designs that I’d gotten before, I was told to go online and place an order (for more money). The second picture with the hearts on top are some I had purchased in the past (under different management) that were picked out of the case without special ordering or up-charge. Had to ask for a bag to carry my box instead of one being provided to me. Asked for a fork to eat the cupcakes, was told they only have spoons. After a search for a spoon, was told they were out and go to the burger joint and ask for one. Premium cupcakes with icing that slid off walking to car, the strawberry flavor was a bit raw, and the basic designs lacked any creation. The other selections were tasteful however I wish there was more to choose from as I love to bring home delightful treats for the kiddos. Disappointed overall with *this location and staff*.

Purchased several cupcakes from Gigi’s - 2 regular & 2 gluten free.I placed my order online & upon pickup the service was so friendly & helpful. She allowed me to swap a flavor I selected once I saw other options in the case.They were all delicious! The GF selections were better texture than I’ve had anywhere else (most are pretty dense & dry due to the ingredient swap) Gigi’s frosting is definitely top notch as well.Dietary restrictions: Amazing selection of gluten free choices

I love GiGis cupcakes. I frequent the Alliance one all the time. I was in the Plano area and decided to call ahead as I always do and place a gluten-free order with my choice of icing. The young lady who answered was rude and refused to take my order and was very unprofessional! Will never use this location again! #cantputicingonglutenfree

I am really picky about my food especially desserts. The cupcakes are really good here. I don't love all the flavors but the whole point is variety for different people's taste. The cake itself has a great texture. It is soft and moist. The flavors really come out and are true to what they say. My favorites are the chocolate and wedding cake. My husband really likes the strawberry. We joke about how we wish our wedding cake was from here. The staff has been great every time we have gone.

I ended up getting the wedding cake gluten free cupcake.. Very good. The cake was moist and the icing was fluffy and thick. Alot of icing. I enjoyed it

I like gigis cupcakes. . It’s just at this location the owner could care less about his customers. Didn’t greet me when I came in and proceeded to ignore me as he worked on the computer. He just looked at me. Like “yeah not worth my time little peasant” Then I tipped and left and no good bye thank you or anything ? not a word. But you’re welcome for supporting your income. I’ll just go elsewhere I see I’m not wanted ?

I love this place. Frosting is the best part, and I think most places are too stingy on how much frosting they apply to the cupcakes. This place really knows how to put frosting on a cupcake! I will keep coming back here for a long time (when I'm not on my diet). Cake is super soft and frosting is well done in my opinion.

Got the Carnival cup cake these are getting very sweet and very hard to eat and to get passed the icing. Tone down the sweetness please! Update is made my stomach hurt and sent me to the bathroom.

I went to GIgis today and ordered a few treats for my family. The young girl at the register wasnt friendly no smile, I asked her what was in the sample on the counter she couldn't tell me. She said heres the cupcake, I'm confused to her response. I pay and the girl puts my money and receipt on the counter. How rude. I will not be back here that's how Alina treats paying customers. You can take my money but be disrespectful and put my change on the counter. I will not go back here.

Ordered 20 cupcakes for a birthday party. Most of the icing fell off and when I called back to let them know one of the girl that works there said if I come back later that she would give me 20 cupcakes on the house. I went back later after the birthday party, another girl there said that they don’t do that and the other girl that said that to me is new and has given me misinformation. She proceeds to tell me that I should have put it on a flat surface with the AC on. As I told her i did have it on a flat surface and i had the AC on. Let alone it was on a cold marble kitchen counter top after I picked it up. I’ve had a lot of cupcake orders from other places and never have I ever had any icing fall off like theirs did. I will be emailing the manager. Will I ever order from here? Probably not. I don’t recommend it.
