went through the drive thru and ordered a plate and a bowl. I got two bowls in my bag and missed my drink. Obviously a plate is more expensive so I told them I only got a bowl, the lady who was rude and dismissive told me she was out of plates. So if you’re out of plates why would you give me a bowl without chicken, she then continued to give me the smallest container of chicken?
I grabbed lunch to go, and on the way back to work smelled something odd...like burnt food. When I tried the Kung pao chicken, the sauce was so overcooked it had that carbon, burnt taste.I called and the manager apologized and offered to replace my meal whenever I could come by. The 2nd meal was tasty and they were very nice and helpful.I normally have no issues with the food, but it is nice to know how quickly and easily they will handle any problem.
