Nut allergy friendly for soups, I didn't even ask.This place was packed on a Sunday! Thankfully, in a parking plaza with plenty of parking.Service here may be slower, as there are only so many wait staff if it gets busy. It took us a while to even get menus. The Vietnamese Coffee came out about 15 minutes after ordering (already dripped though, which others were served as it was dripping) and the soups about 21 minutes after ordering.Where the service is slow, the food is packing...read full review

I was craving a decent shaken beef but so many Pho places don’t serve it these days. It was on Pho Pasteur’s menu. Although I knew nothing about them other than their relatively high google ratings, I decided to give them a try. I ordered the shaken beef, which really hit the spot. The pho broth here is the best in the area! When it is refrigerated, it gels up, which means that it is true bone broth, cooked for quite a while with lots of nutrients in it. Delicious and healthy!
